All Pakistan Declamation Contest in Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: All Pakistan Declamation Urdu/English contests were held under the auspices of Federal Government Educational Institution FGEI Cantonment and Garrison at the FG Public School No. 2(Boys) Tariqabad, on Wednesday.

An eminent educationist/journalist Ahmed Iqbal, was the chief guest on the occasion. The topic of English declamation was “every cloud has a silver lining”while the topic of Urdu declamation was “Ganwa di hum nay jo Aslaf say Meras Pai thi”. In English Declamation, Faaiz Atif from F.G Public School Boys Multan Cantt got the first prize while Saifullah from F.G Public School Mela Mandi Road Sargodha was declared second and Mubasil Bin Mudsir from F.G Public School No.1 Boys T/C Bahawalpur and Awais Shakil from FG Sir Syed Public School Boys Rawalpindi got third positions. In Urdu Declamation, Hafiz Tahseen from F.G Public School Mailsi Bahwalpur Region got the first position while Muhammad Ali Jan from F.G Public School Multan was declared second.
