SC clarifies CJP not using any social media websites

ISLAMABAD: The Chief Justice of Pakistan Anwar Zaheer Jamali on Thursday asked the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) block ID’s, pages on different social media sites carrying chief justice of Pakistan’s name.

The chief justice also asked that FIA and PTA to take legal action against the delinquents in accordance with law. Reference to fake Facebook pages carrying name of Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali are being run on social media, the apex court clarified that the chief justice of Pakistan is neither using any Facebook account or page nor any other ID on any other social media websites.
