A doctor of psychiatry of the Red Crescent Hosptal Sukkur, Dr Rushpal lal, says the toy guns could divert the minds of children towards extremism while some toy guns also have bullets that can render a child blind if hit in the eye. “When any child purchases a toy gun, you may witness that the children keep on trying to attack each other and use the words like ‘I will fire you’ and ‘I killed you’ which negatively affects the mind of minor children. Local residents have demanded the Deputy Commissioner Sukkur and SSP Sukkur for implementation of the law banning of these toy guns. Those found violating the law should be taken into custody by Sukkur police as the future generation could be saved from being criminal minded.
