AskariBankGreenDay was celebrated at all Askari Bank branches in over 150 cities across Pakistan. Plantation drive was conducted in the branch surroundings that include parks, schools & colleges. Government dignitaries, valued customers and media celebrities endorsed & participated in the campaign to Make Pakistan Green.

Abid Sattar, President & CEO Askari Bank, inaugurated the plantation activity by planting trees in the vicinity of DHA – II & F-10 Markaz branches Islamabad and also planted trees at Sargodha Cantt Branch.

Mr. Sattar, while expressing his views on the occasion said, “#AskariBankGreenDay is our humble contribution to improve our climate and environment. I am overwhelmed with the response from my team, our valued customers and the general public.

I am confident that such efforts will gain further momentum and will pave the way for much needed improvement in our climate.”
