Seven suspected Congo fever patients hospitalised in Quetta

The Congo fever situation in Balochistan has worsened as seven more suspected Congo fever patients were hospitalised in the provincial capital on Friday. According to administration of Fatima Jinnah Hospital Quetta, seven suspected Congo fever patients hailing from Quetta and Pishin was admitted in hospital of which condition of two was critical. The blood samples of the patients have been acquired and sent for laboratory test to confirm the disease while the medics have started providing basic treatment to them. It should be mentioned here that Congo virus have been diagnosed in 15 people across the province during the ongoing year.
