With each day passing things are getting dreadful in India as it continues to have an oppress regime on the Muslims of India and Kashmir. Heinous and atrocious crimes are being structured and organized particularly against the Muslims and irony is that none has ever been convicted.

The dreamed secular India is getting into a quagmire of pseudo-secular India. The abrupt and robust ripping of Indian constitution and turning it into Hindu centric state is more dangerous than one can imagine. Atrocious acts on Muslims specifically Kashmiris are increasing day by day. More than seven decades but things had only worsen in Indian “Oppressed” Kashmir. India has been continuously violating UNSC resolutions in its administered Kashmir. Mob lynching, religious extremism and enforced conversion remains key feature of the current spectrum of Delhi rule. However, these are the same things which Pakistan was accused by India and international community. Now when it comes to India it seems onerous for international community to react.

The state sponsored terrorism, of which Pakistan was accused several times in the past, is actually a reality in Kashmir. The Indian Army, Border Security Force (BSF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and other militant groups are used to regularize this human rights abuse. In the past few years the issue has been raised even in the UN. Maleeha Lodhi, Pakistan’s spokesperson to UN has been highlighting Indian atrocities in Kashmir repeatedly at different levels. Therefore, a 43-page report was released by the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights on July 8, 2019. The report was rejected by the Indian government as a “false and motivated narrative” because it raised serious concerns about human rights violation by Indian security forces. Nevertheless, the UN and world still decided to remain silent.

Upon PM Khan’s visit to United States, it was once again suggested to solve the dispute on table. However, the Indian government as always, instead of coming to dialogue table seems to prefer to remain an ignorant state. National Security Advisor of India, Ajit Doval, had visited Kashmir from July 24 to 26 following which the number of troops deployed in India was increased. Initially 10,000 additional troops were deployed and then another figure of about 28,000 troops were called within four days.

The Foreign Office of Pakistan in their press release of Aug 2, 2019 had expressed serious concerns over the growing turmoil in Indian Occupied Kashmir. It also had said that keeping in view the deployment of 38,000 additional troops, urging people to store food and other necessities and advising tourists and students to evacuate Kashmir only add fuel to the apprehensions and this might result in any attempt by the Indian government to alter the demographic structure.

Now when Delhi has abhorred the constitutional rights of Kashmiris it might conduct mass genocide of the humanity there with the justification of extirpating “internal uprising and insurgency” and world will remain silent

The Pakistani speculations were testified as on Aug 5, 2019 Rajya Sabha revoked a constitutional provision. Article 370 granted autonomy to Jammu and Kashmir thus making it eligible for formulating its own laws. However, the government decided to reorganize Kashmir by abolishing the special status of the disputed territory of Kashmir. The decision was said to “fix a historical blunder”.

The decision had brought about strong reactions specifically by the Kashmiris and the second party to dispute, Pakistan. The Foreign Office, in Monday’s press release stated that IOK is an internationally recognized disputed territory under the UNSC resolutions and no unilateral step by one of the parties can alter this status. Thus Pakistan rejects the announcement and will exercise all possible options to counter the illegal steps taken. The spokesperson for UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres, keeping the legacy alive of just commenting, said that they are “following with concern the tense situation” and urged Pakistan and India to restrain.

The desperate Hinduism and to forge and inflict Hindutwa in India is not obscured to anyone now. Mad lad in Delhi has showed its true colors. Land of Kashmir has quenched blood of many freedom fighters and this will not go un answered it doesn’t matter how hard Delhi try. Atrocious and nefarious acts of Delhi will cost India in later terms it will cost Indian society. Now when Delhi has abhorred the constitutional rights of Kashmiris it might conduct mass genocide of the humanity there with the justification of extirpating “internal uprising and insurgency” and world will remain silent. With the benevolence of Delhi SarkarHindu settlers will turn Muslims of Kashmir into minority. There is a need of international outcry. World cannot turn blind eye to the blood lust of Delhi as Kashmir shall not be allowed to be another Palestine.
