KARACHI: Around 50 Italian companies will be visiting Pakistan from December 5 to December 7 to hold business-to-business meetings in the fields of infrastructure development, textile, leather, marble, stones, agriculture, food processing and information communication technology.
The Board of Investment (BoI) is organising the event to provide Pakistani businessmen with an opportunity to interact with Italian businessmen.
BoI Deputy Assistant Director Shahzad Ahmed said that Italian businesspersons would interact with the representatives of these sectors for further exploration of business opportunities. Italy’s Deputy Minister for Economic Development Ivan Scalfarotto is heading the business delegation.
