Sir: Another Zanaib-like incident occurred in Hyderabad a couple of days ago where Rukhsana Siyal, an 8 years old minor, was kidnapped, raped and murdered simultaneously in a cold blooded manner.
According to a media report, her dead body was found from garbage near Bismillah City Latifabad No-10. She was kidnapped some days ago from GOR Colony.
Hearing the horrible news of her murder, Rukhsana’s relatives went berserk, registered their protest from GOR Colony to Radio roundabout and staged a sit-in there and at Shabaz Colony – crying for the justice from the powers that be.
It is high time for Government of Sindh to promptly act and provide justice to the bereaved family.
