Pakistan cricket team on Tuesday fell two places to number four in the ICC Test rankings after New Zealand completed their 2-0 series whitewash in the second Test at Hamilton.

Early in the day, Pakistan batting line-up faltered for just 230 runs in the chase of 369 runs. After having lost the first Test, the Azhar Ali-led touring Pakistan needed a victory in the second Test to maintain their three-decade long unbeaten record in New Zealand.

However, with the 138-run win, the Black Caps, under the leadership of Kane Williamson registered their second-ever Test series victory against Pakistan on the home soil.

Pakistan with 102 rating is preceded by Australia and England at number three and two respectively. India tops the Test rankings with 115 rating.

Pakistan’s next Test assignment is in Australia, where they will face the Steven Smith’s side in three Tests – the first being a day-night affair at Brisbane.
