Understanding the lifelong learning crisis:Historically,how population rich nations, once considered poor countries feeding the hungry mouths, compared to well off knowledge-rich nations, today have become mighty forces as the same massive populations quickly became the armies of new entrepreneurs geared with new technology and new tools. World’s best produced goods and services have no such issues as they are always in demands. National mobilization of entrepreneurialism is an advanced staged ‘national development strategy’ designed for emerging economies ready for smart deployments.
