MIRPUR KHAS: With the 12th day of Rabiul Awal closing, preparations have gained momentum to celebrate Eid-Milad-un-Nabi, the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) in Mirpurkhaswith great respect and religious enthusiasm on Dec12. The residents of Mirpurkhas has started decorating and illuminating their houses and bungalows, besides bazaars and offices with colorful buntings, lights and green flags to show their immense and immeasurable respect and love with the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) on His birth anniversary.
In Mirpurkhas, large banners and gigantic billboards are being displayed across the city to celebrate the day with religious enthusiasm. Like other years, this year too, the government, educational institutes, social and religious organizations have planned special programs including Naat competition and Darood-o-Salam on occasion of 12th Rabiul Awal.
Mosques, buildings, streets and homes are being decorated with colorful lights, flags, buntings and banners while the owners of buses, trucks, taxi cars, and motorcycles are seen decorating their vehicles artistically to pay homage to the last Prophet (SAW).
Ulemas and religious scholars have been invited to various programs to be held in the city on 12th of Rabi ul Awal to educate the young generation about the teachings of last Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
