Four ‘terrorists’ held in DI Khan

DERA ISMAIL KHAN: Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) personnel claimed to have foiled a major terror bid while apprehending four alleged terrorists and recovering huge cache of weapons and explosives during an operation in Dera Ismail Khan.

On a tip-off, the CTD raided a hideout in Nawab Shah Area of DIK early Friday morning and rounded up four terrorists. The CTD personnel recovered two kilograms of explosives, weapon, safety news, prime cards and daggers. Two accomplices of terrorists fled the scene. The detainees were identified as Sajid, Nouman, Shahid and Habib-ur-Rehman. Their two accomplices were identified as Adnan and Illyas.
