Author: Aiyza Javaid

Dubai’s Miracle Garden is amongst the largest gardens in the world with natural flowers. It is located on Dubai and nearby Arabian ranches. It was inaugurated on Valentine’s Day in 2013 and attracts about 1.5 million visitors per year. It is one of the world’s largest natural flower garden and displays about 60 million flowers; which prominently includes petunias, geraniums and marigolds. It had been originally built on a desert land, and has about 60 different varieties of flowers. There is a way to preserve and nurture the flowers using drip water irrigation in the garden, which maintains flowers of all kinds.

This captivating garden is a treat for visitors as it houses several real-life objects such as a life-size replica of Emirates Airbus A380. It has been acclaimed in Guiness Book of World Records as a largest floral installation title in 2016. The floral patterns and structures keep changing every year to enthral the loyal visitors of the garden in different ways. This garden is a source of mental peace and relaxation for the visitors to Dubai, who get fed up from visiting shopping malls and hotels. It continues attracting the visitors for eight months except for the months of June to September because average temperature during these months soars to 40.

The attraction for the visitors to observe and visit different flower sites in the garden sounds practically unsuitable during these months. October to April is the best time to visit this garden for local and foreign tourists.

On its first sight, this garden presents resemblance to America’s Disney Land. Taking a round of this garden on the tram car instills a magical feeling of being in some fairy land. The tourists from European nations are largely seen there, and are indeed mesmerized by the alluring beauty of the garden. They are fascinated by the scenic beauty of floral arches, real-life floral frames of objects and other flowers’ decoration all around. Several small sit- ins on tram’s tour are seen, which refreshes the tourists and provide for their relaxation and recreation. Umbrella sit-ins are worth seeing, and they hold refreshments bar to quench the thirst of the tourists.

This garden shows different animals’ structures decorated in floral patterns such as artificial cats, tortoises, ducks and elephants made of flowers are seen standing in the garden. Different animated fictional characters such as Mickey Mouse made up of flowers are also seen. Photo booths are made at different places of the garden such as a love frame is made, which can hold people up to four for a photograph. Standing in it for a photograph raises one’s spirits. Besides, love framed arch is another salient attraction of the garden. It is also made up of a variety of different coloured flowers.
