Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Tuesday chaired a high-level party meeting. The meeting was held at former PM Yousaf Raza Gillani’s residence. The participants decided to hold a protest rally in Nawabshah on June 21 and in Rahim Yar Khan on June 23. The PPP leadership will also address a public gathering in Gujar Khan on June 29.

The coordination committee said that the budget was unacceptable as the government had failed to provide any relief to the people.

The meeting was also attended by Khurshid Shah, Raja Pervez Ashraf, Nayyar Bukhari, Taj Haider, Jameel Soomro and others.
