PTI fails to prove accusations against PM in SC, claims PML-N

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders said on Friday that the people of Pakistan have rejected Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan’s negative politics which will be proved in the next elections.

They said that Khan has failed to prove his allegations in the apex court against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. According to Senator Pervaiz Rashid, Khan was bullying the Supreme Court (SC) by threatening that he would boycott the court’s proceedings if a commission is formed in the Panamagate case.

“The PTI Chief has become habitual in defaming and undermining the country’s institutions,” Rashid said.

He regretted that Khan was not accepting the court’s offer to set up a commission – which was prayed in PTI’s petition – to probe into the Panamagate case. The senator said that Khan should take courage and accept his failure in proving his allegations against Nawaz and withdraw the case.

Minister for Information Technology, Anusha Rehman said that Khan is a king of ‘U-Turns’ as he is now again running away from his much demanded judicial commission to probe the case.

“Imran Khan does not want Pakistan to develop and is focused at spreading anarchy and chaos in the country,” Barrister Zafarullah Khan said.
