IMTERGARA: The police recovered huge cache of arms, ammunition and drugs during raids in various parts of the district during the previous month, an official said on Friday. Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), Timergara circle, Fakhr-i-Alam, Station House Officer (SHO) Moambar Khan and SHO Khall Abdur Rahman told reporters that the police in various actions in Lower Dir recovered 76652 bullets, 3 Kalashnikovs, 16 pistols, 4 guns, 12 rifles, opium 1200 grams, charras 1700 gram, liquor 11 liter during the actions. They also arrested 20 proclaimed offenders from various areas. They appealed the residents to extend a help to police to eradicate crime and maintain lasting peace in the district.
