PM Nawaz will announce funds setup for reviving Film Industry: Maryam

ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Information and Broadcasting Maryam Aurangzeb has said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif will soon announce funds setup for reviving and upgrading the Film industry.

While addressing on Saturday at International Mountain Film Festival, Maryam said that a well-planned and managed International Film Festival was a good move which depicted all the colors of Pakistani Cultural.

She further said that with the help of Film Industry we could showcase and portrayal true face along with a soft image of Pakistan Culture at the International market and arena.

PM will soon pour-in and further finance the Film Industry for its revival that will also help in showcasing the true face of Pakistan Culture in the International market, she said.

She added more that PM is giving extra attention for reviving Film industry along with taking several initiatives for improving the lifestyle and conditions of Film industry artists and staff.

We are also planning to start well-planned program for informing and enlightening them with actual culture of Pakistan. We have to stabilize and flourish our Film Industry so it could compete and maintain its space at the international Market, asserted Maryam.
