ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif’s visit to Gwadar port has been scheduled today (Tuesday) to inaugurate the International Maritime Conference.

According to the reports the Prime Minister will also go to Turbat, Pishin and Quetta. Chief Minister Balochistan Sanaullah Zehri will host a dinner to Prime Minister at Pishin after the conference.

PM Nawaz Sharif will also inaugurate Hoshab Road in Turbat.

Earlier in November, Prime Minister Nawaz inaugurated CPEC’s first cargo shipment at Gwadar port.

Gwadar has a vital role to play in the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project, an economic corridor which links China’s Xinjiang province to the port city in Balochistan.

Chinese goods will be shipped from Gwadar and exported to all parts of the world from the deep sea port.
