ATC orders removing terrorism-related clauses from Barrister Fahad murder case

ISLAMABAD: The Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has ordered for removing the terrorism related clauses from the Barrister Fahad murder case and referred the case to the Sessions Judge for trial. The Barrister Fahad murder case came up for hearing before theATC Islamabad on Wednesday. The court accepted the plea for removing terrorism clauses from the case and sent the case to the Sessions Judge for trial. The accused Raja Arshid and Noman Khokhar had filed a petition in the court seeking the removal of terrorism related clauses from the case. The accused will be presented before the Sessions Judge West at the next hearing.
