Riz Ahmed shares brother’s experience with racism

British-Pakistani actor, Riz Ahmed, took to Twitter to share an incident of racism his brother encountered recently.

‘The Night Of’ star Tweeted that his brother Kamran Ahmed, was at an airport in Australia where the incident took place. He also captioned his brother’s Tweet with the hashtag #everydayracism

In the post, Kamran Ahmed wrote that a man behind him told him to hurry up.

Man (sarcastic): Really? #racism rears its ugly head again.”

Riz Ahmed wrote that his brother was “a psychiatrist writing on mental health, music and racism. He landed in Australia and this is what happens to him”.
