Lok Virsa to resume Mandwa Classical Film Club after Eid

The National Institute of Folk & Traditional Heritage, Lok Virsa will resume its Mandwa Film Club after Eid that was keeping alive the dying culture of classical cinema by screening golden classics on every weekend for fun lovers of twin cities. The film club is focused on creating awareness for young generation about the value of their old cultures and make them feel proud and positive about their golden past. The Mandwa club screens a Pakistani movie on one weekend and an International classical on the other to give the audience a comparative view of their classical cinema while the Lok Virsa invites audience from all walks of life to entertain them as well as engage them in cultural programmes, said an official of Lok Virsa while talking to reporters.
