Building on nine years’ success, Pakistan Fashion Week Season 15 has been yet another resounding success.

It was a weekend of colourful Pakistani lifestyle, fashion and exhibitions at the Institute of Directors on Saturday and Sunday.

The event brought together more than 50 exhibitors and 30 leading designers, including Ahmed Bham, Rana Noman, Fahad Hassayn and Agha Noor with Maheen Khan as patron of the show. Influencers and celebrities from Pakistan, Canada and India attended this fantastic event.

Laiba Zaid, Mehwish Hayat, Azfar Rehman, Shanzay Sheikh, Fouzia Aman, Sadaf Kanwal, Shahzad Noor, Walid Siddiqui, Omer Shahzad and others contributed in making the event a huge hit.

The event took place at the exclusive venue of The Institute of Directors at 116 Pal Mall in the heart of London, the Nash Room, with its splendid chandelier, historic oil paintings and metres-long carpet a perfect setting for glitz and glamour. Great music was provided and live music belted out by 4 Poofs and a Piano – who first rose to fame on the very popular ‘Jonathan Ross Show’. The ‘meet and greet’ was a storming success with plenty of media attendance, interviews with Fahad Hassayn and Adnan Ansari.

Riwayat is the main UK exhibitor of the flourishing Pakistani clothing industry through its Pakistan Fashion Week, collaborating with designers to make their services available in a one-stop experience.

Riwayat shows have successfully connected western customers with the opportunity to access Pakistani designers directly whilst seeing the latest trends and styling on the catwalk. Spectators at the three sold-out shows were not disappointed, judging by the enthusiasm from the applause.

Riwayat Creative Director Adnan Ansari said, “We are excited about bringing this expanded event to the United Kingdom. We had our best line up of designers yet, along with exhibitors showing Pakistan crafts. As always, I’m proud to be representing Pakistan in London, raising awareness of our country and what we bring to international markets through our tradition and heritage. Riwayat are using this event to show the solidarity and equality with all communities around the world.”
