Addressing to a public gathering in Bar-Kamber Khel Bara on Sunday evening, he said that the ex-tribal region would get Rs. 100 billion annually on provision of education, health, electricity, communication etc. and other basic facilities in the area. Khattak maintained that after merging, new era of progress had begun in the ex-tribal belt and in near future sense of deprivation among the tribesmen would be removed.
