ISLAMABAD: Airport Security Force (ASF) at Benazir Bhutto International Airport on Monday seized one kilogramme of heroin from a key drug trafficker.
ASF officials informed media that the accused, identified as Bakhtyar, resident of Swabi, was scheduled to fly on a private airline flight to Ras al-Khaimah in the United Arab Emirates. Officials said that the heroin was found hidden in the passenger’s bag. ASF officials handed him over to the Federal Invesitigation Agency for further investigation.
