LAHORE: While addressing a function in connection with the 44th death anniversary of Khawaja Muhammad Rafique at Alhamra Hall on Monday, Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader Hamza Shahbaz gave the opposition a piece of his mind.
He said that Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) should not interfere in the democracy and let it run smoothly. The PML-leader added that PTI’s politics of ‘sit-ins’ and ‘containers’ is an act of dictatorship rather than public service.
Addressing on the occasion, Railways Minsiter Khawaja Saad Rafique criticised PPP leadership and urged Bilawal to learn something from history.
He said that the former PM had enforced civil dictatorship. The speakers stressed on the need to strengthen democracy, irrespective of personal interests.
