Abu Bakar Zardari, a legal adviser of former president Asif Ali Zardari on Thursday moved Sindh High Court over National Accountability Bureau (NAB) call up notice. In an important development in money laundering and fake bank accounts case probe, Abu Bakar filed plea for pre arrest bail after being summoned by the accountability watchdog on April 30 for the probe related to the references.

Showing fear of arrest by the NAB, Zardari pleaded the SHC to grant him bail before arrest.

“NAB call up notice should be declared void and to be stopped from further action”, the plea read.

The NAB has charged him of importing 11 armored vehicles and paying duties of the vehicles from fake accounts.
