ISLAMABAD: An influential person has grabbed a house that is situated in a posh sector of the federal capital after torturing FC personnel.

The owner of the house Javeria Haroon has given an application at Shalimar Police Station that she has a house in the F-11/1, which was grabbed by her real brother Hassan Ashfaq Bhatti .She told the police that on 23rd December she went to Lahore along with her three children, sister and brother-in-law for attending a marriage ceremony.

Hassan by taking the benefit of their absence entered the house forcefully by breaking the locks. He brought almost 15 baton holder hooligans with him who tortured two FC personnel, deputed at the house.

They allegedly snatched the mobile phone from them and broke their SIMs and deleted all the saved data. Afterward the alleged grabber recorded video of both the FC staffers’ statements, which was taken from them compellingly on gun point and forced them to leave the house.

She said in her application that a car bearing registered number ZY-458 was also parked in the house. They snatched the keys of the vehicle from FC guards. Moreover, some 45 tolas of gold and Rs 2.5 million cash was also present in the house. Then they kept some bags full of valuables in the vehicle and took it away.

She also informed the police that she has life threat from his brother as he is habitual criminal and nominated accused in the Banking Court Lahore, from where he came out of the jail on bail. Now he is threatening to kill her, so police may provide protection to her , her children, her sister and her brother-in-law.

“Hassan Ashfaq Bhatti use police uniform and bogus visiting card as he shows himself as ASP Crime Branch to swindle the people”, the applicant mentioned in her application.

She also disclosed in front of police that the case regarding the said house that was grabbed by his brother was under hearing in the court of law. The last date of the hearing of the case was 17 December 2016 whereas next hearing would be held on 4 January next year , however his brother has clutched the house before it.
