Skincare routine for men in summer

Author:

Skincare for men? Yes, it’s much needed, guys. With temperatures rising as we get into the peak of summer, skincare is something that can’t be ignored. Check out a few simple rituals you need to invest time and money on.

Face wash a must

You may not be so used to using a face wash on a regular basis. But using it once a day is important in summer to keep the pores unclogged. On a much active day, using your face pack a second time does no harm.

Use face wipes

Face wipes come handy when you’re out there in the hot sun, sweating profusely and feels quite sticky. Pull out one and simply wipe it on face and feel fresh. Different types of face wipes are available, and each type are for specific things, just as your facial cleanser. Buy wipes that suit your need.

Cover up!

If your job requires you to be shuttling in the hot sun, especially on a two-wheeler, then, the best thing to do is to cover yourself up well. Avoid wearing half-sleeve shirts/T-shirts. Go for full-length outfits. You might feel a bit stuffy, but you can pull them up when you’re back inside a building. Also, don’t be averse to sunscreen.

Keep yourself hydrated

First and foremost, keep yourself hydrated by drinking lots of water. Meanwhile, it is also important to keep your skin hydrated using some moisturiser. If you don’t moisturise your skin, it will start secreting its own oils and make look shiny and feel sticky.
