Instil the will to never give up on your children

Author: Waheed Wahid

Why do children give up easily before accomplishing what they head out to seek? Why do they get demotivated and fed up so easily? Without a doubt, it is the parents’ fault since they’re unaware about the fact that they could’ve made their child a believer instead of a quitter.

Underage children are fond of playing and enjoying their life, rather than studying. They consider their studies as a burden and so it’s the job of their parents to make them realise that studying could be fun as well. The parents should let their child know how beneficial studying could be in long term. Besides this motivate him/her a lot when they do a minute thing like, wow! my dear son/daughter, the questions of Math were so tough, but you have done it, and you’re really a studious child and never skip anything at the middle.

Either father or mother shouldn’t surrender, rather bear with the children. It’s okay to skip prior engagements or important meetings to be with your child. Considering your child a burden is a negative mindset. If you think like that, you might take the frustration out on your child which he/she will quickly pick. Be careful about what words you use in front of your child as it’s their growing age and they’ll learn fast.
