30 US universities attend RMC fair

Representatives of at least 30 US universities attendeda fair organised by the Roots Millennium College (RMC) Clifton Karachi in collaboration with the United States Educational Foundation Pakistan (USEFP), according to a press release issued by the institution on Friday.

The universities that attended the ceremony included University of Northern Iowa, Valparaiso University, Boise State University, Merrimack College, Albion College, New York Film Academy, Kent State University, Wabash College, Northern Illinois University, Indiana University, State University of New York, Buffalo, Siena College, Kansas State University, DePauw University, Western New England University, SUNY Plattsburgh, Minerva at KGI, Augustana College, Ohio Wesylan University, Springfield College, Florida International University, McNeese State University, Berkeley College, University of Vermont, University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, Drake University, Northern Arizona University and University of LaVerne.

The representatives of the universities interacted with RMC students, sharing with them the global opportunities and scholarships, deadlines information, portfolio importance and the degrees offered. The event was attended by the AS and A-Level students, who also engaged in a question-answer session relating to scholarships, placements, requirements, cultural integration, student life, accommodation and college funds.

This was the third US College Fair hosted by the campus where the students were provided with a marvelous opportunity for global connectivity, bringing them one step closer to the realization of their college dreams. Recognizing many benefiting partnerships and affiliations that help provide curriculum enrichment and choices in disciplines to study, the RMC facilitates students’ entry into higher education by increasing the number of progression routes and subject choices. Global collaborations and qualifications not only provide a diverse learning environment but also increase educational opportunities and a mutually supportive learning ecosystem for staff, learners and community as well as raising the profile of both provider and the partner in the education districts that they serve.
