ISLAMABAD: Pakistan and Bahrain have agreed to enhance bilateral defence and military ties, according to a statement issued here by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).
Commander of National Guard, Kingdom of Bahrain Lt Gen Sheikh Mohamed Bin Isa Bin Salman Al-Khalifa, who is on an official visit to Pakistan, called on Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Chairman General Zubair Mahmood Hayat at the Joint Staff Headquarters in Rawalpindi on Wednesday.
During the meeting, matters of mutual interest came under discussion. Both sides reaffirmed the resolve to further enhance bilateral defence cooperation between the countries and stimulate trade.
