Participants of security course visit GHQ

ISLAMABAD: Allied officers and civilian participants of National Security Course 2017 from National Defence University (NDU) visited GHQ on Wednesday, according to a statement issued here by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

The participants of the course were given a detailed briefing on national security environment and role of the Pakistan Army. Later, Chief of General Staff (CGS) Lieutenant General Bilal Akber had an interactive session with the participants.

Sources revealed that participants were briefed about the latest situation along the line of control, working boundary and western border with Afghanistan with particular reference of birder management system on the Pak-Afghan border.
