Helpless helpline

Author: Daily Times

Sir: This letter is being written to condemn the lack of management in customer care service RA Bazar Subdivision. Our electricity was gone today at 4:00 pm (18-03-19) in the afternoon. Upon calling (helpline), the call is either disconnected or put on engage; thus refusing to deal with the issues and concerns of a customer. If the intention is to not provide assistance in the time of need, then why are numerous numbers even provided? They are only a group of numbers, holding no significance.

It would be appreciated if customer service is legitimate instead of only displaying them on a piece of paper for appeasing the eye of a customer.
