KP appoints new AAG

PESHAWAR: The competent Authority has appointed Yasir Zahoor Abbasi Advocate as Assistant Advocate General, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Abbottabad on contract basis in the public interest with effect from the date of assumption of charge, on the following terms and conditions.

He shall be entitled to such emoluments and allowances permissible under the rules, he shall not be allowed private practice/ legal advisor ship of any kind and shall not be paid any free for the opinion work of the provincial Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as may from time to time be assigned to him by the Law Department.

His appointment is liable to be terminated at any time without assigning any reason or notice.

It was notified by Law, Parliamentary Affairs and Human Rights Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
