Author: PPI

ISLAMABAD: The Met Office said on Friday that intermittent snowfall was continuing to fall over the hills in Gilgit-Baltistan (GB).

The office also predicted that the snowfall, which had affected normal life in the upper valleys, would continue for the next 24 hours along with light rain.

Skardu remained the coldest place in GB with a minimum temperature of minus eight degrees centigrade. Scheduled flights between Islamabad and Gilgit were also not able to operate due to bad weather.
