Sir: This is with reference to a Suo Moto notice taken by the Supreme Court (SC) of Pakistan regarding eligibility of chairman and members of Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC). In this regard, the honourable court has issued a stay and ordered the SPSC and Sindh government to stop the hiring process and posting of those who have qualified the examination.
We appreciate the Apex Court for its role and efforts to ensure transparency and accountability, because it is final ray of hope in our country where corruption is rampant. Through this letter, I humbly appeal to the Superior Court to consider our appeal to vacate stay on the postings of those who have gone through the entire process and are qualified.
If anyone, who has come through unfair means, must be treated in according with the law. There was already delay caused by SPSC in Combined Competitive Exam — CCE 2013. It is requested to the concerned authorities to expedite the process of restructuring of SPSC as desired by SC. Once again, a humble request is made to the honorable Chief Justice of Pakistan to vacate stay on posting of qualified candidates.
