Lawyers demand LHC bench for Faisalabad division

FAISALABAD: The legal fraternity observed a token strike here on Saturday to press their demand for the early establishment of a Lahore High Court (LHC) bench at Faisalabad division. The litigants especially bail-seekers had to face a great deal of difficulties. A spokesman for the District Bar Association (DBA) told the media that the LHC bench was not only legal and constitutional right of the people of the Faisalabad division but it would also play a role in speedy provision of justice to the area people.
