PESHAWAR: To inspect the developmental work and documented record in various police station of the city, SSP operation Peshawar Sajjad Khan visited Faqirabad and Pahari Pora Police station on Saturday.

He met with station house officer and other staff of the police station. He inspected various sections of the premises and checked records of the accused person present n the lock up. He also checked the ongoing construction work and accommodation facilities of the police personnel. He directed the concern officers to ensure use of helmet and bullet proof jackets in duty hours. He directed arrangements for food canteen in the police station to stop. On this occasion SP rural Furqan Bilal and SHO Ghafar Khan were also present. The Provincial government allocated huge amount for repairing and beautification of police station and several police station include Gulberg, Gulbahar, Sharqi and others were reconstructed in ongoing beautification and refurnishing drive.
