Filmmaker Wajahat Rauf has released details of his upcoming film. In a video on Facebook, Rauf and his cast announce that their film is titled ‘Chhalawa’. The video confirms that the film’s cast includes Mehwish Hayat, Azfar Rahman, Zara Noor Abbas, Asad Siddiqui, Ashir Wajahat, Mahmood Aslam and Adnan Shah Tipu.

From the looks of the video, the film appears to be a lighthearted love story. Apart from directing the film, Wajahat has also written and produced it. The film’s music has been done by Shiraz Uppal and styling and wardrobe has been handled by Muneeb Nawaz and Asma Sohail Hashmi. Chhalawa will be released on Eid ul Fitr 2019.
