An 8 years old girl killed in basant incident, here on Friday. According to sources, daughter of Muhammad Kaleem resident of Rahim town Shakrial was standing on the rooftop of her house when a bullet hit her. As a result, she died in a hospital near to her home. Despite ban, kite lovers, mainly youths, celebrated the festival amid police actions. Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar has shown displeasure over the incidents of kite-flying and aerial firing in Rawalpindi and sought a report from Commissioner and RPO Rawalpindi Division.
