KHAIRPUR: Two robbers killed one hurt, police and villagers are separately claiming.
According to some armed persons attacked on the house of Mumtaz Ali Lodro at Khuda Bux Lodro near Pir Jo Goth early morning of Tuesday and tried to rob the cattle’s from house on resistance the family members and villagers reached on the spot and held encounter resulted two robbers were killed while three injured and house owner Mumtaz Ali Lodro also injured who shifted to Khairpur hospital while police bodies of robber shifted to Taluka hospital Pir Jo Goth where they identified namely Khabar Narejo alias Khero Narejo while their other injured accomplished runway from the spot.
Mean while SSP Khairpur Ghulam Azafar Mahesar talking to media told that two criminals were killed in an encounter at village Khuda Bux Lodro in which three criminals and one villager Mumtaz Lodro injured.
He said that killed dacoits were wanted in 20-20 heinous crimes to Khairpur and government of Sindh was awarded Rs 5 million head money on their capture.
He said a police picket was also erected surrounding the village and cops were also deployed. He said all way coming and going to district have been sealed for the arrest of injured criminals.
How ever no any case has been register till the filing of story.
