Pakistan will submit evidence against Indian spy Kulbhushan Jhadav on February 19. Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that the Pakistani legal team will present the case of convicted Indian spy at the International Court of Justice, as the Indian spy has already confessed of terrorist activities in Baluchistan and all over Pakistan.

The International Court of Justice has decided to hold the hearing of Jhadav case from February 2019. However, earlier in July 2018, Pakistan answered India’s urging on the conviction of Jhadav as RAW agent before the International Court of Justice.

Kulbhushan Jhadav confessed his association with RAW and the terrorist activities carried out in Pakistan. Jhadav was captured in Baluchistan March 2016. Later in 2017, Jhadav was sentenced to death by the field general court-martial and it was confirmed by the Chief of Army Staff Gen. Qamar Bajwa.

On December 25, 2017, Jhadav met his mother Avanti Jhadav and his wife Chetankul in Islamabad. In their meeting he confessed of his crimes. Indian media reported that in the meeting Jhadav accepted his wrong doings and confessed his terrorist activities.
