Social media is amplifying friendship and making us privy to all sorts of updates.

We know actor and writer Yasir Hussain, model-turned-actress Iqra Aziz and performing artist Asad Siddiqui are best friends through social media! We have plenty more in line such as the Hocane sisters and the sibling duo of Aiman Khan and Minal Khan. We have seen some new developments in this regard with the heartthrob Ahad Raza Mir and Sajal Aly but we are not getting into that right now. There’s no fun in life without your friends adding life and light to your otherwise mundane routines and it’s an ascertained fact.

To make this claim truer than it already is, off late we saw and felt the very tangible chemistry of acclaimed actor and performer Mohsin Abbas Haider and the immensely-talented actress Sana Javed doing the rounds of our TV sets in a short story video. The video has been making rounds on social media as well and that has struck so many memories with all of us. It’s all about celebrating friendship that makes every moment with your friends a special one with its unparalleled sweetness and thirst for life and the will to explore and embark on adventures with your friends. Did it ring a bell as yet? It is a known fact that praises are a gateway and appreciation is key for any relationship and now is the time to call your special friend who drives you insane as life is incomplete without their existence in your life. They are the real ‘most valuable persons’ who make your life a little sweeter with their antics and daily banter.

The advertisement was by Candi and it shows us all the instances that one could instantly relate to and resonate with a memory popping up with each sequence of the video as it revolves around that one friend who stands with you through all ups and downs in life and brings that extra flavour in your life. This is that one friend who you have countless memories with that stay with you at all times and the actors deliver that with grace, aplomb, lots of character and spirit.

That’s what we’re reminded of with the new ad that makes us reminiscent all the good times with our special friends and many more that we’re bound to make along the way!
