With a brilliant performance seen in the teaser, the alluring Mansha Pasha, plays the female lead of Laal Kabootar, Aliya Malik. Strong-headed to the point of being stubborn, when Aliya’s world turns upside down, she chooses to put up a fight even though her life is on the line. The male lead, Adeel Nawaz, is played by the very charismatic Ahmed Ali Akbar -a hustling taxi-driver, looking for a way out of Karachi. But with his back against the wall, Adeel has some hard choices to make.
Directed by the award-winning Kamal Khan, shot by Mo Azmi and produced by the Harvard graduates Hania and Kamil Chima, Laal Kabootar is an edge of your seat “crime thriller” set to captivate audiences. The film is being distributed by Foot Print.
