ISLAMABAD: Ramna Police demanded the construction of a police post in front of the SP’s office from a citizen against the registration of his case in a money dispute and on refusal from the latter, his application was thrown in the waste basket.

The affected citizen has given an application to SSP Islamabad against injustice seeking redressal of his grievance. Malik Fazal Hussain resident of G-11/1 has taken the plea that he is dealing in the business of supplying building material in Sector G-11/1. One Zahid Mehmood, resident of Dhok Kashmirian had purchased building material worth Rs 4,83,000 from him and he had paid some amount and promised to pay the remaining amount Rs 2,50,000 later. But he failed to pay that amount. Zahid Mehmood gave him a cheque against this amount which had bounced. He said in his application that he was asked to arrange construction of a police post at his own expense. “I was bombarded with unjust demands. Being fed up with daily demands I refused to do so. Upon it the police did not register a case on my application.”
