‘PROMISES’ — released last year, British singer Sam Smith sung the track which instantly created waves the moment it released. The song is a party tracks featuring the soulful voice of Sam Smith. The music is so astounding that the song was the party anthem of 2018. It reached #1 on the United Kingdom (UK) Singles Chart in September 2018, having debuted at #4 two weeks earlier. It became Harris’ 10th British chart-topper and Smith’s seventh. In the United States, the single became Harris’ 12th and Smith’s first #1 on Billboard’s Dance/Mix Show Airplay Chart in its October 2018 issue.

‘ONE KISS’ — this has to be the best track to have come out in 2017. Primarily because it was helmed by Harris and the award-winning Dua Lipa. This was the team-up and collaboration of the year and we are surprised how the song didn’t win an Oscar. From its lyrics to the opening beat and also to the way Lipa has sung it, “One kiss” was the anthem of the year without a doubt. It reached #1 on the UK Singles Chart in April 2018, a week after debuting at #3. The song eventually topped the charts for eight consecutive weeks, becoming the longest-running #1 by a lead female artist in the UK this decade and the second longest-running #1 of the century by a female artist behind only Rihanna’s “Umbrella”.

‘THIS IS WHAT YOU CAME FOR’ — the best thing about the track was the way it was released. The makers kept posting teasers and eight-second clips of it to build anticipation. Rihanna’s powerful vocals are flawless and the music is upbeat and stays with you. The single debuted at #2 on the UK Singles Chart. It peaked at #3 on the US Billboard Hot 100, becoming Rihanna’s 21st top-five song and Harris’s second; the song is currently Harris’s highest peaking single as a lead artist. It became Rihanna’s 25th and Harris’s fourth chart-topper on the Dance Club Songs and also reached #1 on the US Hot Dance/Electronic Songs; the single became the 12th #1 for Rihanna and Harris’s 10th on the sister chart Dance/Mix Show Airplay. It topped the charts in Australia, Canada and Ireland and peaked within the top 10 of the charts in Germany, New Zealand and Switzerland.

‘HOW DEEP IS YOUR LOVE?’ — the song created quite a stir as soon as it released with some of the best music to have come out in long. Of course, the video compliments the song perfectly with top model Gigi Hadid looking as beautiful as ever. The single reached the top 10 in 22 countries, including #2 on the UK Singles Chart and #1 in Australia, Belgium, Greece, Netherlands and Russia.

‘BLAME’ — this track’s music is unlike what you’ve heard before. It’s fast and goes down at the beginning the middle and towards the end, also the vocals are immaculate. “Blame” has to be Harris’ best track to date. The song debuted at #1 on the UK Singles Chart.

‘MY WAY’ — the track gained popularity as many people said it was written for Taylor Swift but Harris post their breakup. However, Harris denied it. The song is well-written and reflects upon the challenges in one’s life and how to overcome negativity spread by negative people in your life. It topped the charts in the Czech Republic, Hungary and Scotland while peaking within the top 10 in Australia, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Israel, Lebanon, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Paraguay, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland and UK, as well as the top 20 in Canada, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Portugal and Spain..
