Nobel laureate Malala Yousafzai has gained world-wide popularity. The activist has numerous fans and a variety of books to her name. And now with the release of her new book on refugees titled, ‘We Are Displaced’, it seems she has expanded her fan base -to include none other than Bollywood queen Katrina Kaif. “Currently reading We Are Displaced,” the actor posted. “The stories in this book, of Malala and all the other incredible girls are moving and inspiring in equal measure. They will inspire so many others to dream, reach higher and believe in themselves.” Quoting a message to the activist directly, Kaif wrote, “Malala, I wish you more strength, more power, to keep changing the world one day at a time. The world needs you and more like you.” The ‘Zero’ actor went on to let everyone know that “proceeds from every book sold will benefit the girls in the We Are Displaced and Malala Fund’s work for girls’ education.” She then advised everyone to ‘do their bit’ and shared a link to buy the book.
