Q-Tickets & Events in association with Shop Qatar presented PK Music Fest 2019, which was the first of its kind concert in Qatar featuring one of Pakistan’s most sought-after pop-rock bands – Strings, who celebrated 30-years of their music journey.
Accompanying Strings were Quratulain Balouch and Ali Sethi who have featured regularly alongside Strings in ‘Coke Studio’.
The concert took place at the state-of-the-art QNCC auditorium arena. The organisers held a press conference to give details of the show. Present at the meet were show promoters, representatives of QTickets and the visiting stars.
While Strings command a large fan following both in India and Pakistan, emerging talents Quratulain Baloch and Ali Sethi have made a name for themselves with their powerful vocals and are regularly featured in the top-rated Pakistan ‘Coke Studio’ gigs.
With such an amazing line-up, the organisers were confident that when Strings come on to the stage, the crowd will roar in delight.
The band entertained the audience with some of their biggest hits including “Na janay kyun”, “Main Tou Dekhunga”, “Chaye chaye”, “Anjane”, “Mera bichraa yaar” and “Zinda”.
