Prime Minister Imran Khan will be paying a daylong official visit to Qatar on January 22.
It will be the prime minister’s eighth foreign visit since assuming his office in August last year.
During the visit, the prime minister will be holding talks with Emir of Qatar, prime minister and other leaders. He will be accompanied by a high-level delegation including ministers for finance and foreign affairs, special assistant to prime minister Zulfi Bokhari and other officials.
A number of MoUs and agreements are likely to be signed during the visit. Bilateral relations, economic cooperation and Middle East situation will come up for discussion during the talks.
