DHA Quetta to be developed on modern Lines: Brig Javed

The Real Estate and Business community showed keen interest in the project upon which he assured that DHA Quetta will be launched very soon. The event was organised at DHA Golf & Country Club Karachi by corporate estate and asset management along with the Land providers to Introduce DHA Quatta which will be the first ever DHA project in the province of Balochistan.

The event was graced by Administrator DHA Quetta “Brigadier Muhammad Javed Iqbal”, as a Chief Guest. The other Key officials of DHA Quetta also made it convenient to grace the occasion.

Multiple dignitaries presented at the event, warmly welcomed DHA Quetta vis a vis shared their precious viewpoints including Guest of Honor Mr. Junaid Makda (President KCCI) Engr Daroo Khan Achakzai (President FPCCI) Mr. Hassan Bakshi (Chairman ABAD) Mr. Raja Mazhar (President DEFCLEREA) Madam Tahira Ather Naseem (V.P DSRA) and Mr. Bashir Memon (V.P Federation of Realtors).

In addition to these honorable speakers, many renowned figures also honoured the event i.e. Mr. Asif Sum Sum (Head of Real Estate and Housing Committee K.C.C.I) with the other management committee members of KCCI, Mr. Zahid Iqbal (Chairman Central Standing Committee for Real Estate Planning and Research FPCCI), Mr. Waheed Ahmed (V.P FPCCI along with other members), Haji Jamaluddin SVP PAJCCI, Mr. Abdul Karim Adhia ( Vice Chairman ABAD) Mr. Raheel Rinch ( Convener ABAD along with other members), Mr. Jauhar Iqbal (General Secretory DEFCLEREA), Mr. Zubair Baig (V.P DEFCLAREA), Mr. Younus Rizvi ( Joint Secretary DEFCLAREA) along with other members.

The Chief Guest of the event Brigadier Muhammad Javed Iqbal delivered a detailed briefing of DHA Quatta to the guests. Chief Guest emphasized that DHA Quetta will be developed as a state of the art project encompassing Health, Education and other allied facilities along with modern residential structure. We are keen to provide better residential, educational and business facilities to people from all walks of life. He also highlighted that the Capital of Balochistan needs a Modern Housing Society to fill the existing vacuum of modern life style. The concept of DHA Quetta was conceptualized to address the needs of the Capital of the Largest Province of Pakistan in 2015 after passing of the ACT from the assembly. The land acquisition for the project is under process and DHA Quetta has already acquired large chunks of land.

The Bids for the Gatehouse design of the main entrance have already been asked for submission and the ground breaking for this gatehouse will be done very soon. According to the participants of this event, the DHA Quetta is surely going to be the cynosure of Pakistan real estate sector and will be remembered as one of the most successful and beneficial real estate projects of the country.
